Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore Experience Required: 5-6 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Working Industry Exposure: D2C experience preferred Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Support - Communicate with clients based in the US during overlapping evening hours.
- Handle client queries, share updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in client calls and ensure smooth coordination of deliverables.
- Maintain professional client relationships and ensure satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams until 10 PM IST to ensure timely updates, approvals, and task execution.
Internal
Coordination & Task Management - Work closely with design, content, video, and performance marketing teams.
- Share briefs clearly, track task progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain workflow clarity and manage deadlines across multiple clients.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards before going live.
Creative
Execution & Content Support - Create and edit social media creatives using Canva, including basic Canva video editing for reels and short-form content.
- Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
- Review captions, creatives, and content drafts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Preferred Candidate
Profile - 5-6 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Account Handling.
- Based in Bangalore.
- Prior exposure to the D2C industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable coordinating during evening hours with global clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
