- Closing Manager* with 5+ years of experience in *luxury and township real estate developer* required at *Outer Ring Road, Nagpur*
- Candidates with real estate developer experiencewill be preferred*
JD:
- *Managing end-to-end sales closures for luxury residential, commercial, and township projects*
- *Handling HNI/UHNI clients, site visits, project presentations* , and commercial negotiations
- Coordinating with channel partners, brokers, CRM, legal, and sales teams for lead conversion and booking formalities
- *Managing walk-in clients, generating business through referrals/channel partners, and maintaining client relationships*
- Mentoring junior sales executives on client handling and closure strategies
Salary *up to Rs 90,000 per month* (can be increased slightly)
