Role- Data Engineer

Location- Halifax, Canada- 3 days office

Must have banking client experience

Exp- minimum 8 years

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Scala, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, Java, and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, including ADLS, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Databricks.
• Proficient in using Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows.
• Strong understanding of capital market domain requirements, particularly for FINRA compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in capital markets and financial domains.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
