Location: Montreal, Canada (Hybrid- 3 days)

Contract Type: Contract Job

Summary: We're looking for a Technical Content Publisher to manage and publish web content for Client using CMS platforms. This is not a developer/engineer role and not a data entry role. The ideal candidate sits in between — someone who can publish content independently and debug front-end issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish, update, and manage web content through CMS workflows
• Troubleshoot layout and template issues using HTML/CSS/JS
• Execute manual content promotions and ensure accuracy across environments
• Perform QA on published content for consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to resolve publishing issues
• Follow content governance, brand, and compliance guidelines
• Document publishing processes and known issues for the team

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web content publishing or technical content operations
• Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills to troubleshoot layouts and templates independently
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS workflows and manual promotions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug front-end issues without dev support
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TeamSite CMS
• Experience with AEM, Sitecore, or similar enterprise CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other agile tools
