Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Engineering Change Control (ECC) process used by a major Canadian nuclear utility.
  • Provide guidance to engineering teams on ECC process steps, documentation expectations, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.
  • Troubleshoot ECC-related issues and identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve process adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, design authorities, and external engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of change activities.
  • Support internal governance updates, process improvements, and organizational upgrades related to engineering workflows.

Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with the ECC process used by a major Canadian nuclear utility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and advise engineering teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset.
  • Background in engineering design is an asset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
