Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Engineering Change Control (ECC) process used by a major Canadian nuclear utility.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams on ECC process steps, documentation expectations, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.
- Troubleshoot ECC-related issues and identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve process adherence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, design authorities, and external engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of change activities.
- Support internal governance updates, process improvements, and organizational upgrades related to engineering workflows.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with the ECC process used by a major Canadian nuclear utility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and advise engineering teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset.
- Background in engineering design is an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
