Staff Nurse – Home Care Services (Chennai)

We’re looking for dedicated Staff Nurses to join our Home Care team in Chennai. You’ll be providing one-on-one nursing support to patients in the comfort of their homes — helping them heal, recover, and feel safe with professional care.

About the Role

As a Home Care Nurse, you will visit patients at their residences and deliver personalized care based on their health needs. Depending on your experience and interest, you may support:

• Basic Nursing Care
• Advanced Nursing Assistance
• Baby/Neonatal Care
• Specialty Care
• Critical Care Cases

This role offers both learning and career growth while allowing you to build strong patient relationships in a home environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow the doctor’s care plan and provide nursing care at the patient’s home
• Monitor vitals and observe health conditions
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care
• Provide newborn/baby care, elderly care, and post-operative support as needed
• Assist in advanced or critical care procedures when required
• Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control at all times
• Educate family members/caregivers on daily patient care
• Coordinate with doctors and care coordinators for updates and follow-ups

Who Can Apply

• Nursing qualification: DGNM / PBSC / B.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration (preferred)
• Experience from 0–10 years — freshers are welcome
• Ready to travel within Chennai for patient visits
• Good clinical skills and a compassionate approach
• Strong communication and patient-handling abilities

It’s a Plus If You Have

• Experience in ICU, NICU, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, or Specialty Care
• Emergency management skills
• Prior Home Care nursing experience (added advantage)
