About the job:
As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will work with the Founders' Office to build AlmaShines' market authority, strengthen brand storytelling, and drive thought leadership across platforms. This role focuses on shaping perception, amplifying impact, and creating high-visibility communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Market Authority
Develop campaigns, reports, and narratives that position AlmaShines as a leader in community and alumni management
Work with the Founders' Office to amplify leadership perspectives through content, PR, and thought leadership platforms
2. Brand Voice & Storytelling
Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels
Convert product impact, customer success, and data insights into compelling stories
3. Thought Leadership Development
Write and contribute to articles, blogs, whitepapers, and webinars
Identify opportunities to position AlmaShines in industry conversations
4. Customer Celebration Campaigns
Create campaigns that highlight customer success and impact stories
Strengthen brand credibility through recognition-driven storytelling
5. Market Engagement
Develop strategies to engage untapped audience segments
Experiment with new content formats to expand reach and visibility
6. Strategic Communications Support
Support the Founders' Office in external communications, including product launches, partnerships, updates, and milestones
