Responsibility-

✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

✅ Conduct customer-focused, needs-based policy reviews process to recommend customers about insurance options. Including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.

✅ Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

✅ Work with agent to establish and support local community events and promote our agency.

Qualifications-

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Sales-driven with a passion for helping people

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one

✅ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
