Job Description

As an Institutional Coordinator at AB, you will play a crucial role in supporting key areas of Institutional Sales and Client Service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) data for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams, focusing on Meeting and Activity Logs, Opportunity Updates, Contact Details, Consultant Relationships, Product Interest, and Client Deliverables.
  • Arranging and participating in portfolio updates with North America based clients, collaborating closely with AB investment professionals.
  • Partnering with various teams to develop and customize Client Servicing and Prospecting presentations.
  • Coordinating Strategic Marketing efforts for Institutional Sales teams.
  • Executing logistics for on-site events, including room bookings, printed materials, and AV services.
  • Proactively staying updated on AB products and investment processes.
  • Supporting Client Service partners with client queries.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced Asset Management Sales organization.
  • Track record of outstanding performance and achievement.
  • Strong belief in prioritizing clients and leading others to do the same.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
