As an Institutional Coordinator at AB, you will play a crucial role in supporting key areas of Institutional Sales and Client Service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) data for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams, focusing on Meeting and Activity Logs, Opportunity Updates, Contact Details, Consultant Relationships, Product Interest, and Client Deliverables.
- Arranging and participating in portfolio updates with North America based clients, collaborating closely with AB investment professionals.
- Partnering with various teams to develop and customize Client Servicing and Prospecting presentations.
- Coordinating Strategic Marketing efforts for Institutional Sales teams.
- Executing logistics for on-site events, including room bookings, printed materials, and AV services.
- Proactively staying updated on AB products and investment processes.
- Supporting Client Service partners with client queries.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelors degree.
