Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Specialist Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment of specialist doctors, consultants, and surgeons for various departments.
- Source and hire highly qualified medical professionals.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, medical colleges, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
- Develop strategic sourcing channels for niche and hard-to-hire specialist roles.
- Conduct market mapping and headhunting for senior and specialized doctor positions.
- Manage negotiation of compensation structures, contracts, and joining terms for senior medical professionals.
Healthcare Staff Recruitment
- Oversee recruitment for nursing, paramedical, technical, and non-clinical staff.
- Hire roles such as nursing staff, lab technicians, OT technicians, pharmacists, administrators, and support staff.
Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with hospital expansion and manpower planning.
