Role Description This is a full-time, on-site High Rise Construction G12++++ role based in Hyderabad. The position involves overseeing end-to-end high-rise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The role includes coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to plan and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and execution on-site. The professional in this role will supervise daily site operations, conduct inspections, and resolve technical or operational issues to keep the project on track. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, reviewing construction drawings, maintaining documentation, and reporting progress to project leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction and Inspection for high-rise projects, including site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Working knowledge of Architecture and structural detailing to interpret drawings and coordinate effectively with design teams.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, including forecasting, resource planning, and tracking project expenditures.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial construction projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on safety and quality.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills to work with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and high-rise construction best practices.
