We are seeking an experienced Bartender for Carmines. The Ideal candidates should have strong bar experience, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. Our Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money.

Your Role with Us:

• The heart of the beverage operation, our bartenders enhance our guests experience at the bar and throughout the dining room with their extensive knowledge and bartending expertise.
• Offer our guests a great experience by cheerfully greeting, taking guests orders, and serving up our fine wine, spirits, and delicious cocktails.
• Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each bar guest and maintain a safe environment.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmines and Virgils locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night; complete a final drawer tally at end of shift.
• Assist the Servers on the floor with taking table orders when needed.
• Adhere to all recipes when making beverages for the bar and dining room.
• Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
• Engage with every department to ensure we are offering our guests the best possible experience.

We Are Looking for Candidates:

• With Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Who will be professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a have strong passion for hospitality.
• Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.
• Who are fluent in English.
• With open flexibility to work various shifts.
• With Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
