Job Description

As an HR Manager at Algorithus Pvt. Ltd., you will be a key player in shaping and implementing HR policies and practices to support the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and meet them promptly.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Training and Placement:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive training program for new and current employees.
  • Identify training needs and assess outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
  • People Management:
  • Establish and enforce HR policies that foster a healthy work environment.
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and encourage continuous feedback.
  • Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all employees.
  • Ensure secure and confidential handling of personnel files.
  • Develop systems for easy access and update of employee information.
  • Manage documentation for employee exits and terminations.
  • Compliances and Payroll:
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Supervise payroll processes for accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Administer benefits such as insurance, leaves, and pensions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters or additional HR certifications are a plus.
  • 0-5 years of HR managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong understanding of local employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
