• Execute routine and specialized specimen procedures
• Analyze and report test results in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards
• Facilitate training for new laboratory staff
• Address and document any technical problems observed Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited MLT program
• Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
