Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Indore District. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing client interactions, conducting property tours, advising clients on purchase decisions, and providing end-to-end assistance during the sales process. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate sales records, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, customer service, and sales execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications for maintaining sales records.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends, particularly in the Pune region, is preferred.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and local languages, with excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
