1) Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- CTC: ₹12 LPA (Fixed)
- Experience: Relevant B2B sales / SDR experience preferred
2) Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Openings: 2
- CTC: ₹10 LPA, with variables
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience can apply
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage with potential clients and understand business requirements
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion outcomes
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
