Restaurant / Hotel Manager

Restaurant: Akshay Dum Biryani, Hoskote

Location: Plot No. 285, Parvath Nagar, Madhapur

Reporting To: Founder

Role Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times.
• Follow up on management-assigned tasks and provide regular updates to the Founder.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange required stock for uninterrupted operations.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Step into operational roles when required due to staff shortages, absences, or peak business periods.
• Supervise cash counter/till operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support the team during busy periods to maintain service standards.
• Take ownership of daily operations, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible, and proactive professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing both staff and operations while keeping management informed through regular updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• Hotel management: 2 years (Required)
• Billing Software: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
