We are looking for a talented and passionate Music Teacher (Vocals) to join our school community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching vocal music to students across various grade levels, fostering musical talent, confidence, and appreciation for both Indian and contemporary music traditions.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Performing Arts, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Formal training/certification in Hindustani Classical, Carnatic, or Western Vocal Music is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school, music academy, or cultural institution.
• Experience in preparing students for performances, competitions, and school events.

Additional Qualification:

• Recognized certifications or diplomas in vocal music from reputed institutions.
• Ability to teach Indian Classical, devotional, patriotic, and contemporary songs.
• Knowledge of voice training techniques, rhythm, and musical notation.
• Familiarity with CBSE co-curricular frameworks and school performance requirements.

Skills

• Strong vocal abilities with excellent pitch, rhythm, and tonal quality.
• Ability to teach students of different age groups and skill levels.
• Knowledge of music theory, raagas, taals, and vocal techniques.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using instruments such as harmonium or keyboard for accompaniment.
• Ability to integrate technology and audio resources into music instruction.
