Job Summary

The IAM Security Reviews Specialist is key to enhancing our security posture by conducting thorough IAM security reviews, including application and infrastructure reviews, role architecture, and LDAP group configurations. This role demands a strong focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline IAM processes and controls while maintaining strict adherence to security requirements and best practices. The specialist will work closely with various technical teams to understand their services fully and provide strategic security recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive IAM security reviews to ensure new services (applications or infrastructure), role creation/architecture, and LDAP group configurations meet strict SLAs, security requirements, and best practices.
• Engage with technical stakeholders to deliver tailored security recommendations and advisories.
• Operate autonomously to manage and prioritize the existing backlog and new requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to SLAs.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to enhance the IAM review process and minimize manual efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to promote the adoption of IAM security best practices and contribute to a culture of security.

Must Have Skills:

• In-depth experience with IAM processes and reviews.
• Proficiency in LDAP and role-based security architecture.
• Strong background in leveraging AI and automation for process improvement.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in cybersecurity, especially in IAM within technical or IT industries, is highly preferred.
