Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned M365 Administrator to lead the charge in managing, advancing, and securing our enterprise M365 environment within a global framework. This role demands a proactive, innovative individual keen to contribute significantly to our operational excellence and growth. As a fully remote position embedded within a 24x7 operation, the right candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to team collaboration, possess exceptional communication abilities, and exhibit the versatility required to support varying shift patterns as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all aspects of our M365 environment.
• Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of our M365 capabilities to meet business needs.
• Implement and manage security policies and compliance procedures within the M365 framework.
• Provide technical leadership and support for M365 issues to internal teams.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a seamless integration of M365 services with other business applications.

Must Have Skills:

• Profound knowledge of M365 suite and its administration.
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Solid understanding of cloud security practices and compliance standards.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in managing M365 within a large, global enterprise environment is highly preferred.
