Transportation Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of facilities, fleet, and supply operations. This role is critical to ensuring our center runs at peak performance and supports all departments in achieving operational success.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, project management, and expense control.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical equipment repair.
- Dependable, responsible, honest, and fair; able to perform under stress.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensuring efficiency.
- Lead and manage facilities, fleet, and warehouse operations.
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment by monitoring safety procedures, enforcing compliance, and ensuring all employees follow established safety and security protocols.
- Participates in annual budget development and monitors performance to budget throughout the year; collaborates with Marketing to establish annual sales goals for product collection and drives initiatives to achieve those goals.
- Oversees, audits, and evaluates Transportation, Production, and Maintenance operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Manages preventive maintenance programs for powered industrial equipment, conveyors, balers, and related machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensures full compliance with DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and all applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and leading corrective actions when needed.
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and project management.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills.
- Lead and coach team to solve problems.
