Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives and support system development to optimize operational workflows and service delivery
- Provide strong team leadership by assigning work, ensuring technician training, and overseeing timely completion of documentation
- Coordinate daily operations by partnering with Dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring proper upkeep of trucks and equipment
- Collaborate with Sales to forecast labor, parts, and equipment needs, supporting strategic planning and departmental growth
- Drive operational efficiency through proactive resource allocation, effective communication, and continuous improvement across service operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations/service experience and at least three years in a supervisory or management role
- Background in service operations within construction, facilities, or related industries, with working knowledge of inventory processes
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process‑improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting system development and ERP implementations, with the ability to integrate operational workflows into new systems
- Minimal travel required, limited to occasional training or local jobsite visits
Salary: $85K-$115K
