Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead process‑improvement initiatives and support system development to optimize operational workflows and service delivery
  • Provide strong team leadership by assigning work, ensuring technician training, and overseeing timely completion of documentation
  • Coordinate daily operations by partnering with Dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring proper upkeep of trucks and equipment
  • Collaborate with Sales to forecast labor, parts, and equipment needs, supporting strategic planning and departmental growth
  • Drive operational efficiency through proactive resource allocation, effective communication, and continuous improvement across service operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operations/service experience and at least three years in a supervisory or management role
  • Background in service operations within construction, facilities, or related industries, with working knowledge of inventory processes
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process‑improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting system development and ERP implementations, with the ability to integrate operational workflows into new systems
  • Minimal travel required, limited to occasional training or local jobsite visits

Salary: $85K-$115K
