We are looking for a proactive and creative PR & Marketing Executive to manage public relations activities, marketing campaigns, brand communications, and media outreach. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, building strong media relationships, and supporting business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Public Relations

• Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen brand image and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate media interactions, interviews, press conferences, and events.
• Monitor media coverage and manage brand reputation.

Marketing

• Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Manage social media content and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Content & Communications

• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Assist in developing marketing presentations and promotional materials.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Prepare periodic reports on PR and marketing activities.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
