Aishani Partners is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and organised IP Paralegal / IP Executive to join its Intellectual Property team in Bangalore.

This role will primarily involve work relating to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, including searches, filings, deadline tracking, reporting, document handling, and prosecution support. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good English communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle documentation and timelines carefully are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark, copyright, and design related searches
• Assist in preparation and filing of trademark, copyright, and design applications
• Support prosecution work, including examination updates, filings, and follow-ups
• Track deadlines, status updates, hearing dates, renewals, and other important milestones
• Prepare reports, status summaries, and stakeholder update emails
• Organise and maintain matter-wise documents, records, and trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agents for documents and updates
• Assist with renewals, recordals, assignments, and change of name/address matters
• Review official updates, publications, registration certificates, and related records
• Ensure accuracy, timely execution, and proper documentation across matters

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate may apply

• Candidates with internship or prior experience in legal, IP, paralegal, backend operations, or documentation-heavy roles will have an advantage
• Good spoken and written English is required
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with timelines
• Comfortable with MS Office, spreadsheets, emails, and document handling
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important
