Senior Manager - Warehousing, Fulfilment & Logistics Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive end-to-end warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics operations at scale. This role requires a strong blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution across multi-site warehouse environments, system-driven workflows, and global ecommerce logistics.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in WMS/ERP ecosystems, automation-driven warehouse operations, international fulfilment exposure, and large team leadership, with a strong focus on performance optimization, cost efficiency, and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end warehousing & fulfilment operations across multiple nodes, including inbound, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
• Drive operational excellence in high-volume ecommerce and 3PL environments, ensuring SLA adherence across domestic and international shipments.
• Lead WMS, ERP, and system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, real-time inventory visibility, and minimal manual intervention.
• Spearhead automation and process transformation initiatives (e.g., sortation systems, workflow digitization) to improve throughput and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and optimize global logistics coordination, including carrier management (UPS, FedEx, LTL), freight planning, and last-mile execution.
• Act as a key escalation point for cross-border fulfilment issues, returns, claims, and customer experience gaps.
• Drive data-led decision making through dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance analytics across operations.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce forecasting, and productivity enhancement for large teams.
• Ensure inventory governance, audit compliance, and regulatory adherence including safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Customer Experience, Supply Chain) to align operational goals with business strategy.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, building a high-performance operations culture.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Post-Graduate (preferred) / Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Management.
• 15–18+ years of experience in warehousing, ecommerce fulfilment, and logistics operations (3PL / global exposure preferred).
• Proven experience managing large teams (30–50+) and multi-functional operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in WMS, ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), TMS, and automation systems.
• Experience in international logistics / cross-border fulfilment (US/Canada exposure preferred).
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation projects, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-ownership environments.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
