As a Learning Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of learner journeys - owning cohort operations, coordinating workshops, and ensuring every touchpoint in the learning experience is smooth, structured, and delightful. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end cohort management - from onboarding to program completion
- Coordinate and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community events
- Be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring smooth communication and quick query resolution
- Assist in the planning and execution of flagship events, webinars, and collaborations
- Maintain learner engagement through timely reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection
- Work closely with internal teams (growth, content, tech) and external stakeholders (mentors, speakers)
- Ensure all program activities run on schedule and meet the quality bar
