About the Role
Udaan Holidays is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Airport Operations team at Bagdogra Airport.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, Customer Service, Airport Operations, or Hospitality. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, managing ticketing operations, coordinating with airlines, and delivering exceptional customer service at the airport counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Flight ticket booking, cancellation, reissue, and refund processing
- Assist passengers with travel-related queries and support
- Coordinate with airlines regarding PNR updates, schedule changes, and ticketing requests
- Handle walk-in customers and travel agents professionally
- Support passengers during delays, cancellations, and travel disruptions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day airport counter operations
Requirements
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Good communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge
✔ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Preferred
✈ Experience in Aviation, Travel, Hospitality, Airport Operations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Ticketing

✈ Candidates from Siliguri, Bagdogra, or nearby locations preferred
