We are looking for a curious and driven RM Analytics Specialist to join our Revenue Optimization team - a high-impact group at the heart of how we make pricing, inventory, and strategic decisions across the business.

In this role, you will design, build, and evolve Power BI analytics solutions that directly influence how we optimize revenue across flights, hotels, and cruises. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, contributing to a modern analytics ecosystem designed to scale Revenue Management capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Power BI experience who is looking to grow into advanced analytics, data modeling, and business problem-solving in a high-impact environment. You’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team where curiosity, ownership, and impact matter as much as technical skill, and play a role in supporting adoption and upskilling across the Revenue Management community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and evolve Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions used by Revenue Management teams
• Design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards with a strong focus on usability and UI/UX
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable insights that support pricing, demand, and inventory decisions
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions — from requirements to final visualization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and continuously improve reporting solutions
• Develop and enhance data models, measures (DAX), and reporting logic
• Contribute to the development of new KPIs, metrics, and performance views
• Improve usability, performance, and scalability of existing reports
• Learn and apply Revenue Management concepts (pricing, inventory, demand, optimization) in analytics solutions
• Partner with RM teams across business lines (Americas, International, Cruise, Groups) to support decision-making
• Play an active role in shaping the evolution of our analytics and reporting landscape
• Contribute to the evolution of our capabilities toward advanced analytics
• Support documentation, organization, and governance of reporting assets
• Support the adoption of analytics solutions by guiding users and promoting best practices
• Contribute to training, documentation, and upskilling efforts across the Revenue Management community

Required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Experience working with data models and DAX in Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into structured data solutions and compelling visual outputs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in analytics and data-driven decision-making

Assets

• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data are a significant asset
• Exposure to Revenue Management, pricing, inventory, or forecasting concepts
• Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, refresh, permissions)
• Experience working with datasets (Excel or similar tools)
• Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality industry
• French/English bilingualism
