As a member of the team, you will be supporting the international recruitment team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various global locations. Your responsibilities will include assisting recruiters with administrative tasks, candidate communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates from international locations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across different time zones.
- Manage candidate communication and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Prepare and translate documents as needed.
- Support with visa and relocation processes for international hires.
- Collaborate with recruiters on all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with international experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with international employment laws (preferred).
