Job Description: Staff Nurse (Multiple Departments)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate *Staff Nurses* to join our clinical team across various departments. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, assist in specialized procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of their assigned units.

### *Key Responsibilities*

• Provide bedside nursing care and monitor patient vitals accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, dialysis sessions, or surgical procedures based on the department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and nursing charts.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.

### *Qualifications & Skills*

• *Education:* GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing.
• *Experience:* Minimum *1+ year* of clinical experience in the respective department (Dialysis, ICU, or OT experience is highly preferred).
• *Registration:* Valid nursing council registration.
• *Skills:* * Strong clinical knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a patient-centric approach.

Education:* GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing.

• *Experience:* Minimum *1+ year* of clinical experience in the respective department (Dialysis, ICU, or OT experience is highly preferred).
