What are we looking for
3–7 years of experience in graphic design, visual branding, or digital design — preferably within a technology, Saa S, or AI-adjacent context
Demonstrated ability to design for AI products, tech brands, or enterprise Saa S across digital and print touchpoints
Proven range across brand identity systems, product marketing collateral, and UI/UX-adjacent visual design
Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design), and motion or video tools
Experience designing for B2 B campaigns, AI product launches, or technology services brands
Working knowledge of design-to-development handoff workflows and familiarity with basic web design principles
Comfort using AI design and generative tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E) as creative force-multipliers, not shortcuts
Ability to independently own the visual design pipeline end-to-end in a fast-moving, product-launch environment
Responsibilities
Own and evolve AIMLEAP’s visual brand language — from logo system and colour palette to typography, iconography, motion principles and the activity calendar plan.
Design and maintain brand style guides, visual identity frameworks, and design token systems specific to AIMLEAP’s AI product portfolio
Create brand expressions across digital and physical touchpoints — website, product UI, social, events, and investor materials
Translate complex AI concepts, product capabilities, and data narratives into visual storytelling that resonates with business decision-makers
Establish and enforce design consistency across all AIMLEAP products, campaigns, and communications
Design landing pages, product microsites, feature announcement visuals, and go-to-market collateral for AIMLEAP’s AI product launches
Produce infographics, data visualisations, and explainer graphics that simplify AI product narratives for target audiences
Document and share AI design prompting frameworks and workflows with the broader marketing and product teams
Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and short-form video content for social media, product demos, and events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
3–7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Brand Designer, or Creative Designer in a technology or AI-adjacent environment
Portfolio with demonstrable range: brand identity, product marketing design, and digital campaign visuals
Proven fluency with AI generative design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway) in a professional creative workflow
Strong visual judgment — comfort navigating both brand consistency and campaign-specific creative freedom
Excellent visual communication skills: experience designing for global AI or enterprise technology audiences is a strong plus
