Role Description
The Pharmacy Technician will work full-time on-site at Grand Hyatt Goa, located in Goa, India. The role involves assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions, maintaining accurate pharmacy documentation, managing inventory control, and ensuring the smooth operation of pharmacy services. Additionally, the Pharmacy Technician will provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their medication-related concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, in adherence to healthcare protocols.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in handling prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and supporting licensed pharmacists.
- Expertise in inventory control processes, including stocking, tracking, and managing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with guests, understand their needs, and provide appropriate support.
- Proficiency in working as a Pharmacy Technician, including familiarity with standard pharmacy software and processes.
