- Base salary: $7,000 – $9,500 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses available
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Operations Manager to support and coordinate our day-to-day business operations. This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who is comfortable managing tasks, improving workflows, and working with teams in a structured environment.
You will help ensure that internal processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and teams stay aligned. This role is well-suited for candidates who have some experience in coordination, administration, or operations and are ready to take the next step into a management-level position.
Job Description
In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and improving internal processes. You will work closely with different departments (accounting, tax, consulting) to help maintain organization, track progress, and support timely service delivery.
This is a non-sales position focused on internal coordination, process improvement, and operational support. You will be expected to work independently while staying in regular communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate workflows between internal teams
- Track deadlines, priorities, and task progress
- Assist in improving internal processes and organization
- Help manage schedules, workloads, and team communication
- Monitor basic performance metrics and report updates
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain documentation and operational records
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in a consulting, finance, or office environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of business processes or workflows

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. You will work from your home office and communicate with the team through online tools. Regular check-ins and meetings will be part of your daily workflow. A stable internet connection and a professional workspace are required.
