Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Bengaluru. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for various formats such as articles, web pages, marketing materials, internal documents, and reports. Daily responsibilities include researching assigned topics, drafting and revising content, incorporating feedback from editors and stakeholders, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice. The Writer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, refine messaging, and meet project timelines. The role also involves performing basic fact-checking, optimizing content structure for readability, and maintaining a high standard of grammar, style, and originality.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and formats.
• Proficiency in research and fact-checking, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured narratives.
• Ability to adapt tone, style, and structure to brand guidelines and project requirements while maintaining accuracy and coherence.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with diverse teams in a respectful, inclusive manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in content creation, journalism, marketing, or publishing is preferred but not strictly required for highly capable early-career candidates.
