Job Title: Tech SEO Specialist (Content Optimization & QA Focus)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Tech SEO Specialist who excels at optimizing, monitoring, and improving blog performance rather than heavy content writing. This role focuses on SEO strategy execution, prompt optimization, quality checks, and continuous content improvement using SEO tools and data insights.
You will work closely with content, AI, and marketing teams to ensure all blogs meet high SEO standards, ranking potential, and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Optimization & Strategy
- Optimize existing blog content using on-page SEO best practices
- Identify keyword opportunities, search intent, and content gaps
- Create and refine SEO prompts for AI-generated content
- Ensure proper use of:
o
Meta titles & descriptions
o
Header structure (H1–H3)
o
Internal linking
o
Keyword density & placement
AI Prompt Optimization
- Design and improve SEO-focused prompts for AI content generation
- Ensure prompts align with:
o
Target keywords
o
Search intent
o
Readability and engagement
- Continuously test and refine prompts for better output quality
Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Monitor blog performance using tools like:
o
Google Analytics
o
Google Search Console
o
Our Internal Tool
- Track:
o
AEO, GEO and GEN
o
Rankings
o
Traffic
o
CTR
o
Bounce rates
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
Content QA & Quality Checks
- Perform detailed SEO audits on blog content
- Ensure blogs meet:
o
SEO guidelines
o
Content structure standards
o
Readability and formatting
- Identify and fix:
o
Broken links
o
Missing metadata
o
Keyword stuffing or gaps
- Conduct final QA before publishing
Content Updates & Maintenance
- Perform manual updates to improve existing blog rankings
- Refresh outdated content with:
o
New keywords
o
Updated data
o
Improved structure
- Maintain consistency across all blog content
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of Technical & On-Page SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA)
- Knowledge of:
o
Keyword research
o
Search intent
o
Content optimization
- Experience working with AI content tools (like ChatGPT)
Good-to-Have
- Basic understanding of HTML (meta tags, headings, schema basics)
- Experience in content auditing & SEO QA
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
