You will be responsible for analyzing dealer profitability and providing insights to improve financial sustainability. You will also be involved in data-driven decision making, creating presentations for management, and supporting dealerships in achieving profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly profitability reports for dealers using Advanced Excel.
  • Conduct Return on Sales (ROS) and Return on Investment (ROI) calculations.
  • Analyze data from various departments to assess dealer profitability.
  • Create advanced PowerPoint presentations for management.
  • Conduct potential analysis to identify areas for network quality improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize operations and financial sustainability.
  • Support loss-making dealerships to achieve breakeven and sustainable profitability.
  • Suggest and implement profitability improvement measures.
  • Assess dealership network quality and potential for expansion.
  • Provide insights on market trends, dealer performance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Educational Background: Any Degree.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Data Analysis), PowerPoint (Advanced Presentation Skills), expertise in profitability analysis, ROI/ROS calculations, and financial modeling, experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Industry & Consulting Expertise: 10-12 years of experience, dealership audits, process evaluation, financial consulting, understanding of dealership operations, cost structures, and revenue streams.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and provide consultative support to dealerships.
