Qualifications Required:
- Educational Background: Any Degree.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Data Analysis), PowerPoint (Advanced Presentation Skills), expertise in profitability analysis, ROI/ROS calculations, and financial modeling, experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Industry & Consulting Expertise: 10-12 years of experience, dealership audits, process evaluation, financial consulting, understanding of dealership operations, cost structures, and revenue streams.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and provide consultative support to dealerships.
