💼 Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial polyhouse farming
- Practical exposure to capsicum crop management

🌱 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day agronomic operations in polyhouse farms
- Monitor crop growth, nutrition, irrigation, and fertigation schedules
- Implement pest and disease management practices
