Our client provides industry-leading services to Canadian farmers, helping them build healthier soils and more profitable crops using sustainable biological solutions and hands-on agronomic expertise.
They are currently seeking an Agronomist who goes beyond simply providing recommendation sheets. This exciting position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality agronomic support while building lasting relationships with producers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Agronomy & Field Services:
- Conduct soil sampling, field scouting, and comprehensive crop assessments
- Provide practical, results-driven agronomic advice tailored to producer needs
- Coordinate and monitor agronomic crop and fertility trials, ensuring accurate setup, data collection, and reporting
- Interpret technical data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for farmers
Client Relations & Support:
- Build strong, long-term professional relationships with producers
- Provide timely communication, follow-up, and trusted agronomic guidance
- Represent the company at producer meetings, field days, and local agricultural events
- Deliver exceptional customer service that earns trust and drives results
Data Management & Operations:
- Maintain accuracy in all data entry, reporting, and digital record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality
- Support operational activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Combination of office and field-based work with regional travel
- Exposure to varying weather and field conditions
- Physical activity required for soil sampling and field scouting
- Flexible hours during peak seasons (planting, growing, harvest)
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Strong agronomic knowledge and practical field experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred
- 5+ years of agronomy or crop consulting experience
- Experience with soil sampling, crop scouting, and fertility management
- Background in sustainable agriculture or bioremediation products
- Knowledge of data management and digital record-keeping systems
