Job Description

As a TA - Team Lead (Bulk Recruiter) at our company, your role will involve driving large-scale hiring across Sales, Operations, Supply, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline and business-critical roles while managing and mentoring a team of recruiters. Your ownership will include driving closures and productivity, owning hiring plans, targets, dashboards, and funnel tracking, and partnering with business teams and HRBPs to meet aggressive hiring goals. Additionally, you will manage sourcing channels, vendors, and cost optimization to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline and business-critical roles.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; drive closures and productivity.
  • Own hiring plans, targets, dashboards, and funnel tracking.
  • Partner with business teams and HRBPs to meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Manage sourcing channels, vendors, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-4 years of bulk/volume hiring experience (Sales/Ops/Frontline roles).
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
  • Strong closure, stakeholder management, and data-tracking skills.
  • Hands-on with ATS (Keka/Darwinbox) and sourcing platforms.
