Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Field Operations Technician. The responsibilities include overseeing field operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and ensuring effective wireless network installations in agricultural settings. The technician will play a key role in diagnosing and solving operational challenges, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring the smooth deployment and maintenance of systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Operations and the ability to handle operational activities on-site.
• Experience with Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and operational issues.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of Technical Support and Wireless Networking systems and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to on-site work environments with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural technology or IoT systems is a plus.
• Relevant technical diploma, certification, or degree in technology or a related field is preferred.
