Must Haves :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based development tools is an advantage.
• DevOps exposure (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Understanding of secure SDLC and vulnerability management.

Main Tasks :

• AI-Led SDLC Automation (Primary Focus)
• Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications.
• Enable AI-assisted code generation (Java/Python).
• Implement AI-powered PR summarization and contextual reviews.
• Automate unit test generation during PR workflows.
• Automate vulnerability detection and AI-generated fix PR creation.
• Generate deployment configurations using pre-built templates.
• Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines.
• DevOps & Platform Enablement
• Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
• Support branching strategies, PR validation, and deployment automation.
• Incident Management Automation (Secondary Focus)
• Build AI-assisted runbooks and automate incident classification
