Job Title: Demand Planner

Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday (10:30 am to 7:30 PM)

Salary: 40000 /- per month

Job Location : Edapally , Kochi (Work from Office only)

Skills Needed: English communication skills

Job Summary: The Demand Planner develops, maintains, and improves demand forecasts to support effective supply chain planning. This role bridges data from Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate demand signals, minimize forecast bias, and support inventory optimization.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Power BI modeling skills
• Working knowledge of forecasting techniques (Croston, time-series models)
• Understanding of KPIs including MAPE, Forecast Bias, Service Level, and InventoryTurns
• Strong process discipline and documentation mindset
• Improvement in Forecast accuracy
• Reduction in forecast bias
• Improved service levels and inventory performance
• Stakeholder alignment and satisfaction with planning outputs

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles
• Experience supporting monthly demand reviews or S&OP processes
• Hands-on exposure to sales, inventory, and supply data
