Skills & Experience Required
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with solid site experience
- Leading Hand experience or demonstrated capability to step into the role
- Strong understanding of formwork and concreting fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
- Commitment to safety and positive team leadership
- Construction White Card
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
