Job Description

The Assembly Technician assembles large conveyor systems by reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions. This role focuses on building Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) conveyor units used in food and beverage distribution centers, ensuring each unit is assembled accurately, safely, and to precise specifications.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or automotive technician work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly.
• Basic electrical wiring skills, including plugging in and connecting motors and drives.
• Experience working with conveyor systems or similar mechanical equipment.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness to learn and follow forklift safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in assembly tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
