Operations Manager/ Agriculture

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Farmer Relationship Manager (FRM) who will be responsible for building strong relationships with farmers, promoting agricultural initiatives, and representing the organization in a professional and presentable manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills along with a good understanding of agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and rural communities
• Conduct field visits and engage with farmers to understand their needs
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, and awareness programs
• Promote company products/services and agricultural solutions
• Support and participate in social and rural development initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Gather field feedback and prepare reports for management
• Represent the organization in a professional and presentable manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering / related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, rural outreach, or field roles
• Strong knowledge of farming practices and agricultural solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
