Role Description

This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Real Estate Sales Partner at Aduri Group, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Sales Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, showcasing real estate properties, assisting clients through the buying or selling process, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong negotiation and customer service skills, as well as an ability to stay current with market trends and property regulations through proactive engagement and ongoing collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License for practicing within applicable jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including knowledge of market trends and property laws.
• Strong Sales and persuasion skills, coupled with the ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relations and provide a superior client experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Greater Hyderabad Area and insights into local real estate markets are a plus.
