As a MD (Merchandising Procurement, Sales Integrated) Specialist at SERVEONE's expanding India operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing the complete business cycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support identification and development of new business opportunities through market research
- Assist in product sourcing, supplier coordination, and partner network development
- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute day-to-day procurement and sales operations end-to-end
- Support pricing, costing, and commercial coordination activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, internal teams, and HQ for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers for procurement and sales activities
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sales, supply chain, or related functions
- Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing or customer handling
- Business-level English communication skills
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications include:
- Korean communication skills
- Experience using TCS systems or ERP systems
- Experience in multinational / Korean companies
- Exposure to MRO / industrial consumables / promotional products
