You will be joining Adtitude Digital as a Human Resources Contractor, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices within a professional and fast-paced work environment. Your main responsibilities will involve assisting the HR team in various functions and projects, contributing to your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Organize and facilitate employee orientation sessions with internal data entry.
Technology and Tools:
- Familiarity with Slack, LinkedIn, Indeed, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basics of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to search and learn online.
Work Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a collaborative screen-sharing environment.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Qualification Required:
- Fresh graduates with 0-1 year of experience are preferred.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered.
