Senior Sales Representative, National Accounts (Hunter)

ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Representative, National Accounts (Hunter) to drive new market share within our National Accounts segment.

What You’ll Do

  • Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned to territory and growth objectives
  • Build strategic account plans that identify client needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and targeted account development
  • Leverage multiple outreach channels, including executive engagement, events, and thought leadership forums
  • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to drive territory penetration and accurate forecasting
  • Identify and pursue competitive opportunities to expand ADP’s national market share
  • Collaborate with S. and Global National Accounts teams on joint and multinational opportunities
  • Deepen expertise in ADP’s solutions while clearly articulating competitive differentiation

Experience You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including mid‑market to enterprise environments
  • Proven success selling complex, enterprise‑level national account solutions
  • Strong ability to prospect into and influence C‑suite and senior decision‑makers
  • Advanced discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities
  • Familiarity with HCM solutions and competitive landscapes (asset)
  • Demonstrated success in a team‑selling and matrixed environment
  • Strong CRM proficiency
  • High level of accountability, drive, and leadership presence
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is CAD $166,400.00 - CAD $216,400.00 / Year*

  • Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.

In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
