- Proficiency in conducting research, presenting findings, and aligning design decisions with user insights and business goals.
- Experience working in large global teams with diverse components.
- Strong willingness to understand complex subject matter and advocate for the needs of diverse user groups.
- Strong emphasis on customer-centricity, accessibility, inclusion, and making sound design choices across functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
